The R-14SA is a compact height-channel speaker that adds Dolby Atmos playback to a home theater built around Klipsch Reference speakers. It is placed on top of an existing floorstanding or bookshelf speaker to add overhead sound, and it can alternatively be angled on a wall and used as a surround speaker.
The driver complement is a 3/4" linear travel suspension aluminum tweeter and 4" spun copper IMG cone woofers, loaded by a 90x90 hybrid Tractrix horn. The cabinet is MDF with a brushed polymer veneer and has a removable grille. The unit measures 7.25" x 6" x 11.25".
The maker lists the speaker as discontinued and points to the R-40SA Dolby Atmos speaker as the current alternative.
