Thin-bezel round-grille in-ceiling speaker with dual 19 mm aluminium dome tweeters and a 160 mm dual voice coil bass driver. It reproduces stereo from a single flush-mount unit, so it suits rooms with space for only one speaker, including bathrooms.

The Ci160CRds is a flush-mount in-ceiling speaker from KEF's Dual Stereo range. Two tweeters and one woofer in a single housing recreate a stereo image from one ceiling position, which makes it useful where only one speaker can be installed.
The 160 mm (6.5 in.) extended-response bass driver has a dual voice coil. Two 19 mm (0.75 in.) aluminium dome tweeters sit on an asymmetrical tweeter island with 'tangerine' waveguides, aimed at a wide off-axis response. The crossover frequency is 3.2 kHz, and the stated frequency response is 50 Hz to 20 kHz (±6 dB) open backed. Sensitivity is 91 dB (2.83 V / 1 m) at 8 ohms nominal impedance, with 10 to 80 W of amplifier power recommended.
The speaker uses an Ultra Thin Bezel (UTB) and is fixed with a screw-down clamping system with moisture-resistant fixings, so it can be installed in humid spaces such as bathrooms or under eaves. The cut-out is 196 mm x 196 mm. Connection is by standard speaker cable from an external amplifier.
