AirMic Pro is a wireless microphone kit made of two transmitters, one receiver and a three-slot charging box. Each transmitter has a built-in omnidirectional condenser microphone with a 9.7mm gold capsule and a 3.5mm mic input for lavalier mics. The system uses 2.4GHz proprietary encrypted transmission with a stated range of up to 250 meters (820 feet), depending on the environment.
The receiver has a full-colour OLED touchscreen for adjusting mic gain, monitoring output level and setting noise cancellation. It offers a 3.5mm line output for cameras, a 3.5mm headphone jack for monitoring and a USB-C port for phones through the supplied adapters. Recording can be mono, stereo or safety mode, and the receiver can stay connected to a phone in playback mode.
Transmitters and receiver have internal rechargeable batteries rated at about 8 hours each. The charging box holds all three units and can recharge them twice on location, for up to about 24 hours in total. It comes in black or white, with clips, a magnet for wearing under clothing, and windscreens.
