RP3
The RP3 is a belt-drive turntable from Rega, built on a lightweight braced plinth and fitted with the RB303 tonearm. It suits hi-fi listeners who want a manual deck with an optional factory-fitted Elys2 moving magnet cartridge.

The RP3 is a manual turntable that uses a lightweight plinth stiffened by two phenolic resin braces. The braces sit between the tonearm mounting and the main bearing, which keeps the structure rigid while limiting the mass that could pass motor or bearing noise into the record. A float glass platter and a precision main bearing complete the deck.
The record is turned by a 24v low-noise motor that is hand tuned to its own circuit before fitting. The hand-assembled RB303 tonearm is a refinement of the earlier RB300 design. It has a new tube, a stiffer bearing housing, arm carrier and headshell, and a redistribution of mass intended to reduce resonance points.
A Rega Elys2 moving magnet cartridge can be specified as a factory-fitted option, and it is supplied as standard on the Union Flag Edition. The turntable is compatible with the optional TT-PSU electronic speed change and power supply box. Manuals are available in English, French and Spanish.
