The M22 V2 is a two-channel power amplifier. In stereo mode it supplies 300 W per channel into 8 ohms and 4 ohms from 20 Hz to 20 kHz at 0.1% THD with both channels driven. In bridge mode it can be run as a mono amplifier rated at 900 W into 8 ohms. IHF dynamic power in stereo mode is 400 W into 8 ohms.
Measured performance is specified as THD+N below 0.005% from 250 mW to 290 W, a signal-to-noise ratio above 100 dB (A-weighted, referenced to 1 W in 8 ohms) and a damping factor above 800. Frequency response is flat to within ±0.1 dB from 20 Hz to 20 kHz. Input sensitivity for full 300 W output into 8 ohms is 1.73 V, and the gain level is listed as 19 dB (Low).
The amplifier includes an auto-trigger function that responds to an input signal of 5 mV at 1 kHz, and standby consumption is under 0.5 W. It measures 435 x 103 x 379 mm and weighs 8.9 kg.
