Synergy Black Label B-200

The B-200 is a bookshelf speaker built around a Tractrix horn design with a 0.75-inch aluminum diaphragm compression driver as the tweeter. The horn gives a 90 x 90 degree dispersion pattern, which allows flexible placement in a room. The tweeter uses Linear Travel Suspension to keep distortion low, and the 5.25-inch woofer uses an IMG cone for the bass.

The design is described as highly efficient, so it produces more output from less amplifier power. The cabinet has a black ash vinyl finish and measures 12.5 inches high, 7 inches wide and 8 inches deep, small enough for shelves and stands.

The B-200 belongs to the Synergy Black Label family and can be combined with the C-200 center channel, B-100 bookshelf speaker and Sub-100 subwoofer to build a home theater system. The page gives no details of the connection terminals or amplifier requirements.
