RedNet PCIeNX is a PCIe card that connects a computer to a Dante audio network. It provides 128 input and 128 output channels at all supported sample rates up to 192 kHz, and can be expanded to 256x256 channels at up to 96 kHz through the optional Dante Ready upgrade.
Two RJ-45 Ethernet ports support switched and redundant network modes, so a secondary network can be kept as a backup. The card supports AES67, works with Dante Domain Manager and is compliant with SMPTE ST 2110 (Dante Domain Manager required). An integrated network interface lets audio and network control share a single cable. It works with RedNet Control for monitoring and controlling RedNet devices on the network.
The card installs in a PCIe slot or a Thunderbolt chassis and is powered over PCIe. Drivers are multi-client ASIO and WDM on Windows and CoreAudio on Mac, including Intel and Apple Silicon machines. It can bring high-channel-count Dante audio into the Dolby Renderer for immersive mixing.
